Invoicing your clients and facilitating collections to maximize cash flow. Maintain vendors. Manage sales tax records.

1099 and 1096 compiling, filing and reporting.
ESTABLISH A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR ACCOUNTANT
INSURANCE
Monitor and maintain all insurance policies including Workers Comp and Liability audits. Review policies and put out to bid as necessary. Collect and maintain certificates of insurance from subcontractors. Health insurance enrollment.
CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS
Monitor and analyze net cash flow to ensure optimization. Compile and review reports to make recommendations and action plans to ensure maximization of your business's financial health and cash flow.
BUSINESS START-UPS/RE-ORGANIZATION
Office set-ups, support and management, organization or re-organization, streamlining of office and procedures.
BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWALS
Assist in applying for local municipality and county business licenses. Help gather information and necessary documents. Suggest educational classes, if required.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
Set up accounts for Highway Use Tax, Department of Transportation, Interstate and intrastate compliance. Maintain accounts and filing requirements. Quarterly HUT reporting.
JOB COSTING
Set up effective systems to track job specific materials, labor and overhead to make certain of profitability and allow for adjustments accordingly.
SUPERVISORY
Recruit, interview, select and train in house bookkeeper/office staff. Monthly monitoring of staff bookkeeper performance.
LOANS & CREDIT
Credit review and action plans for improvement. Prepare loan packages including SBA loans and Lines Of Credit. Commercial and personal mortgages. Vehicle and equipment loans and leases. Prepare applications to accept credit cards. Contract and lease review and negotiation.

IRS Audits and Offers in Compromise. NYS Audits and Offers in Compromise. Sales Tax Audits. NYS Department of Labor Audits.
HR
Generate corporate policies. Create OSHA safety manuals and perform reporting requirements. Write employee handbook. Prepare job descriptions. Assist with workers comp claims. Liaise between management and staff. Foster a successful work environment.
